Jesse A. Schram, Attorney at Law
About our Founder
Jesse A. Schram, Esq. first established our organization in 2019 with a commitment to serve clients with integrity and a dedication to their interests.
Mr. Schram graduated from San Diego State University with honors, where he majored in Sociology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. His academic and leadership achievements earned him a scholarship to California Western School of Law, where Mr. Schram earned is Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Law. As a student leader, he was elected by the student body to hold the prestigious title of President of the Student Bar Association. Throughout his tenure as a law student, Mr. Schram achieved Dean’s List honors numerous times and was awarded as the “Student of Distinction.”

Mr. Schram began his legal practice in business and real property law, representing multi-national companies (with billions in assets) to protect their business interests. After several years of service, Mr. Schram switched to the plaintiff side of the law to assist small businesses and individuals in need. Most notably, Mr. Schram has represented wildfire victims in mass tort litigation in Maui (Lahaina), the Texas Panhandle, and in Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and Orange County. His legal practice has been marked by helping to secure justice and compensation for victims as a lead litigator. In August 2024, along with other counsel, Mr. Schram achieved a proposed $4 billion settlement on behalf of thousands of wildfire victims in Maui (Lahaina) against Hawaiian Electric Company, inc. and other utility companies, private landowners, and governmental entities. Mr. Schram's legal acumen has earned him recognition among the top 40 under 40 trial lawyers by the national trial lawyers.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Schram is deeply committed to community service as the founder and president of breathe united inc., a nonprofit public charity 501(c)(3). The charitable organization is dedicated to raising educational awareness about social and political issues, further highlighting his commitment to impactful societal change and betterment of his community.
Mr. Schram is licensed to practice in California and has been admitted to practice (pro hac vice) in the state of Hawaii. His professional journey is defined by a profound dedication to his clients, advocating for their rights with empathy and expertise, and ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes in their legal endeavors.
